All sales are final at Gwendolyn Grace Co., we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the fact that each piece of jewelry is custom made. If you do have an issue or concern with the jewelry you received, please contact the shop and we will be willing to work with you on resolving your issue or concern. Otherwise all sales are final.
